Duties
:

Handling inbound (incoming) calls. Callers are mobile subscribers of Malaysia largest mobile telecommunication provider.
-
Provide assistance to mobile subscribers to solve their problem (could be relating post paid statement clarifications on charges) or it could be just general inquiries, product inquiries or even some technical help for their mobile phone setup.
Other Work Related Information

Standard working hours of 8 hours per day for 40 hour week.
-
Staffs are required to work on SHIFT (8 hours) which shall be scheduled on weekly basis. The SHIFT hour is rotated every week.

System and customer service soft skills training will be provided. Training is about a month. During training you will be paid regular salary.

Staff will be paid Shift allowance (for Shift hour starting after certain specific hours);

Staff may be required to work overtime (OT) if business requires it. OT payment will be made
-
Due to rotational SHIFT work, your “weekend” may not necessary fall on Sat and Sun. It may be in the weekdays
Salary Range
:
-
Salary will commensurate with relevant experiences in customer service and/or call centre industry.
-
Indicative range is RM1,860 per month (SPM) to RM2,320 per month (Degree).
Mandarin Speaking Language Allowance: RM100/month
Academic Qualifications
:
-
SPM with credits in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Math with minimum 1 year working experience.

Candidates with no credit but possesses the relevant experience may be considered.

Degree / Diploma /STPM/ Professional Certificate is an advantage
-
Diploma holder with customer service /call centre experience, good and confident nature of that person may compensate for lack of full credit in their SPM.

Degree holders will be waived of the above requirement. However, the candidate must possess good communication skills.
